RH
The mobile ASAN service bus has started providing mobile services to the public from October 1 at 55 Heydar Aliyev Avenue in the city of Ismayilli. To date, 21 service sessions have been carried out in the Ismayilli district using a special bus, with a total of 72,830 citizen applications recorded. Under the project, various public services are provided by the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, as well as the State Service for Real Estate Issues.
Postxronika.az reports that after completing its activities in Ismayilli, the next destination for the Mobile ASAN bus will be the Ujar district. Through this project, launched in 2013, a total of more than 3 million 427 thousand applications have been answered, and only within 2026, more than 141 thousand have been handled. In areas where there are no centers, services are delivered to citizens promptly through 10 specially equipped buses.
The main purpose of the service provided is to organize the activities of government agencies in a way that is more convenient, innovative, and accessible for everyone. The mobile concept not only increases citizen satisfaction, but also creates a basis for the equal and rapid distribution of public services across regions. This socially oriented initiative makes it possible to save people’s time and remove distance barriers.
