Gazprom resumes gas transit via Power of Siberia pipeline

"Gazprom" has resumed gas transit to China via the "Power of Siberia" pipeline following the completion of scheduled maintenance work.

Postxronika.az reports, citing TASS, that maintenance was carried out from September 15 to 22, and all work was completed as planned.

According to the company, maintenance of the pipeline's equipment and systems is carried out twice a year under a contract between "Gazprom" and China's CNPC. In 2025, 38.8 billion cubic meters of gas were transported to China via the pipeline. "Power of Siberia"'s annual export capacity is 38 billion cubic meters.
