Prevention of narcotics smuggling into the country

Employees of the State Border Service carried out an operation against the illegal trafficking of narcotic substances and psychotropic drugs.
Postxronika.az reports that on September 30, within the service area of the “Goytapa” border detachment, 6 kilograms and 205 grams of narcotic substances were discovered and removed from illegal circulation.
On October 2, within the service area of the “Horadiz” border detachment, 1,160 tablets of the psychotropic drug “Pregabalin-150” were found.
Operational and investigative measures are ongoing in connection with both cases.
