Citizen reception at the Ministry of Health has been digitized

A new electronic module has been introduced at the Ministry of Health to register citizen appointments and track applications.

Postxronika.az reports, citing the Ministry of Health, that a module prepared by the Digital Health Center enables the management of citizens’ requests in a unified electronic environment.

The system makes it possible to monitor the status of applications, analyze results, and produce analytical reports for different periods. The innovation is intended to increase the efficiency of work with citizens and improve control and accountability mechanisms.
