A series of events was held in Füzuli, liberated from enemy occupation during the Patriotic War, on October 17 on the occasion of the next City Day. As part of the celebration organized by the Ministry of Culture and the Presidential Special Representative’s Office, master classes were held in the courtyard of School No. 1 named after Mirza Uluqbey. With the support of professional teachers, the students who took part in the event displayed artworks reflecting the natural beauty and historical heritage of Karabakh.
Postxronika.az reports, citing the Ministry of Culture, that the Deputy of the President’s Special Representative Eldar Seyidov and the adviser to the Minister of Culture Cahangir Səlimxanov met the young painters and got acquainted with their drawings. At the end of the event, a souvenir photo was taken with the children, who provided information about the works they had created. This large-scale public holiday program once again demonstrates that peaceful life and culture have returned to liberated Füzuli.
The celebration of City Days in areas liberated from occupation has become a symbol of our historic victory and spiritual revival. Such creative initiatives play a major role in fostering the younger generation in a spirit of patriotism and strengthening their attachment to their native land. The cultural events held in the newly rebuilt Füzuli bring significant vitality to the city’s social and cultural environment.
